Burundi Kayokwe SWP
This is a great tasting decaf. SWP means Swiss Water Process. I like it better than the Donkey Blend. I roasted to a temperature of 452°F. The roast took 16 minutes and 50 seconds. Starting weight 239g. Ending weight 203g. Roasted in a Victorio.
This decaf has impressive sweetness, cane juice and caramel, and a carob flavor in the finish. Bodied and loaded with dark chocolate at Full City.
