Taste is to be determined. First crack started at 6 1/2 minutes into roast. I roasted to 14 minutes. Starting weight 214g. Ending weight 183g. Roasted in a Victorio.
Pleasantly tart cup, cranberry, hibiscus, raisin, plum, & oatmeal cookie, high acidity at City/City+ like white grape juice. Buttery to chocolate toned finish.
