Taste is to be determined. First crack started at 9 minutes into roast. I roasted to 14 1/2 minutes. Starting weight 240g. Ending weight 205g. Roasted in a Victorio.
Strong floral elements, star jasmine, lilac, fruited Meyer lemon floral note, spiced gingerbread. Lemon-like brightness, high-toned piquant character.
