I roasted it to a temperature of 440°F. The roast took 13 minutes. Starting weight 228g. Ending weight 194g. Roasted in a Victorio.
Bittering & sweet aspects, burnt caramel, chocolate swirled wheat bread. Impressive molasses-like sweetness & body.
