Cheddar Biscuits

These are smokey, cheesy, rough textured biscuits.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Melt butter
  4. Add butter, water, and half-and-half to the bowl and mix
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese
  6. Spoon out batter onto a cookie sheet
  7. Melt 2 tbsp of butter and brush onto biscuits
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
