Drop Biscuits
These are rough textured breakfast biscuits. They are great with butter or syrup.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cold butter diced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl
- Cut in the cold butter into the mixture until lumpy
- Stir in coconut milk
- Spoon out batter onto a cookie sheet
- Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown
