Drop Biscuits

These are rough textured breakfast biscuits. They are great with butter or syrup.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl
  3. Cut in the cold butter into the mixture until lumpy
  4. Stir in coconut milk
  5. Spoon out batter onto a cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown
