Instant Pot Corned Beef
Corned beef brisket cooks quick and good in an Instant Pot.
Ingredients
- Corned Beef Brisket about 3 lbs
- Spice Packet
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Can of Beer
- 2 Cups of Water
Instructions
- Add water, beer, and garlic to Instant Pot.
- Place trivet into pot.
- Place corned beef brisket into pot on top of trivet with fat cap up.
- Season brisket with spice packet contents.
- Close and lock lid.
- Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
- Allow 15 minutes to pressurize and depressurize.
- Remove brisket and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
