Smoked Country Style Ribs
This is a recipe for smoking country style ribs (strips of pork shoulder).
Ingredients
- A couple pounds of country style ribs
 - Batch of BBQ Rub
 
Instructions
- Prep country style ribs by wiping down to remove loose bone and material
 - Coat with BBQ Rub
 - Refrigerate for an hour or two
 - Preheat smoker to 250°F
 - Smoke it until meat temperature reaches 201°F; about 5 hours
 - Remove meat from smoker
 - Let rest for 15 minutes
