Smoked Country Style Ribs

This is a recipe for smoking country style ribs (strips of pork shoulder).

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep country style ribs by wiping down to remove loose bone and material
  2. Coat with BBQ Rub
  3. Refrigerate for an hour or two
  4. Preheat smoker to 250°F
  5. Smoke it until meat temperature reaches 201°F; about 5 hours
  6. Remove meat from smoker
  7. Let rest for 15 minutes
