Smoked Ham
Smoked ham for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- Ham - Spiral cut and fully cooked
- Glaze - Included with ham package
Instructions
- Heat smoker to 250°F
- Wrap ham in aluminum foil
- Place ham in smoker
- Smoke until meat is about 150°F; about 3 hours
- Follow instructions on glaze packet to make the glaze
- Remove from smoker, open foil, and apply glaze
- Heat smoker to highest temperature
- Return to smoker for another 30 minutes.
