Smoked Ham

Smoked ham for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat smoker to 250°F
  2. Wrap ham in aluminum foil
  3. Place ham in smoker
  4. Smoke until meat is about 150°F; about 3 hours
  5. Follow instructions on glaze packet to make the glaze
  6. Remove from smoker, open foil, and apply glaze
  7. Heat smoker to highest temperature
  8. Return to smoker for another 30 minutes.
