Smoked Macaroni

Presenting the 4th best mac & cheese. I made smoked mac & cheese for Thanksgiving and was proudly awarded this title by Connor. When asked what the top three were, he responded with “mom’s, mimi’s and I can’t remember what the third one was.”

  1. Cook the pasta and drain
  2. Put pasta in buttered pan
  3. Whisk eggs with coconut milk
  4. Pour mixture over pasta
  5. Mix butter kase cheese into pasta
  6. Drop small cubes of butter on top of pasta
  7. Spread layer of cheddar cheese on top of pasta
  8. Heat smoker to 350°F
  9. Cook macaroni for 1 1/2 hours
