Smoked Pork Tenderloin
This recipe is for smoking pork tenderloin. This is the best tenderloin I’ve ever had.
Ingredients
- One pork tenderloin
- Mustard
- Batch of BBQ Rub
Instructions
- Wipe pork tenderloin with thin coat mustard
- Coat with BBQ Rub
- Refrigerate for an hour or two
- When you are ready, preheat smoker to 225°F
- Place pork tenderloin in smoker with the fattiest parts facing up
- Smoke it until temperature reaches 155°F; about 3 hours
- Remove pork tenderloin from smoker
- Let rest for 30 minutes
