Smoked Pork Tenderloin

This recipe is for smoking pork tenderloin. This is the best tenderloin I’ve ever had.

Instructions

  1. Wipe pork tenderloin with thin coat mustard
  2. Coat with BBQ Rub
  3. Refrigerate for an hour or two
  4. When you are ready, preheat smoker to 225°F
  5. Place pork tenderloin in smoker with the fattiest parts facing up
  6. Smoke it until temperature reaches 155°F; about 3 hours
  7. Remove pork tenderloin from smoker
  8. Let rest for 30 minutes
