St Louis Ribs
Here is how I do St. Louis Ribs. Unsauced and smoked.
Ingredients
- Rack of St. Louis Ribs
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1/4 cup of BBQ Rub
Instructions
- Remove silver skin
- Mix mustard and molasses in bowl
- Wipe ribs with mustard and molasses mixture
- Coat with BBQ Rub
- Refrigerate for an hour or two
- When you are ready, preheat smoker to 225°F
- Place ribs in smoker with bones facing down
- Smoke for about 5 hours
- Remove ribs from smoker and let rest for 1/2 hour
- Cut, serve, eat
