St Louis Ribs

Here is how I do St. Louis Ribs. Unsauced and smoked.

Ingredients

  1. Remove silver skin
  2. Mix mustard and molasses in bowl
  3. Wipe ribs with mustard and molasses mixture
  4. Coat with BBQ Rub
  5. Refrigerate for an hour or two
  6. When you are ready, preheat smoker to 225°F
  7. Place ribs in smoker with bones facing down
  8. Smoke for about 5 hours
  9. Remove ribs from smoker and let rest for 1/2 hour
  10. Cut, serve, eat
